Cancellation Policy
We want to keep things clear and fair for everyone. Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work.
Free cancellation until 72 hours before
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no extra charge as long as you do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled start time.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, the 10% deposit will not be refunded. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes when possible—if you need to reschedule last minute due to an emergency, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
How to cancel or reschedule
Sign in and go to My Bookings. Open the appointment you want to change and use the Cancel button. If the appointment is less than 72 hours away, cancellation may no longer be available online—contact us directly.
To reschedule, cancel your current appointment (if outside the 72h window) and make a new booking for your preferred date and time.
