  • Account & booking: name, email address, and information you provide when you create an account or make a booking (e.g. treatment, date, time, notes).
  • Payment: payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by their privacy policy.
  • Contact form: name, email, and message content when you use our contact form.
  • Communications: we use Resend (or similar) to send booking confirmations, reminders, and other service-related emails. We do not use your email for marketing unless you have opted in.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and manage bookings, treatments, and appointments.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and important updates about your appointments.
  • Process payments (via Stripe) and communicate about your account.
  • Respond to contact form enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (bookings, payments), legitimate interests (service emails, security), and where relevant your consent (e.g. marketing if offered).

  • Stripe – for payment processing (see Stripe's privacy policy).
  • Resend (or similar) – for sending transactional emails.
  • Supabase – for hosting our database and authentication (data may be stored in the region we configure).

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain booking and account data for as long as needed to provide our services, handle disputes, and comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records). You may request deletion of your account and associated data subject to those obligations.

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent.
