1. Agreement

By using the Sensika website and booking system, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide information about our treatments and an online booking system. Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking in line with our policies (e.g. cancellation policy).

3. Bookings and payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation policy

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before your appointment. After that, the 10% deposit will not be refunded. See our Cancellation Policy page for full details.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when booking. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Use of the website

You may not use our website or systems for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Intellectual property

Content on this website (text, logos, images) is owned by Sensika or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
